Hi,

I would appreciate some help with my fiance's spouse visa application.

1) Meeting Financial criteria,
I am the Director of a LTD Company
I am concerned that in my past accounting year there are three missing salary payments to myself due to an accounting error, everything else including substantial Dividend Payments are correct and dated correctly, not sure if a letter from my accountant would help here.

Alternatively I could go down the Cash savings route, if and only if my cash at an online peerlender called Mintos was classified as ok. This is unlikely I imagine as it is a modern institution based in Latvia,
My savings;
ISA1: 35k
ISA2: 20k
Mintos €28 euro.
I would off course be withdrawing all the cash from Mintos into my UK current account but I reckon they will not consider it anyway.
I understand I can not combine my savings with my salary from my company ~10k

2)
Logistics of supporting documents.
am I to post all my documents to my fiance in Brazil before his appointment in Rio, or would he end up having to post them to Sheffield?
