Hi, mainly the refusal was regarding the Eligibility of Financial Requirements, the eco just assumed that my Husband was self employed which is not true (were going to appeal because it's unAcceptable) Eco disregard all the financial documents supporting our applications, wherein we met more than the actual financial threshold needed.

Does that mean usually they ask for IHS first and then only make a decision whether to give visa or not?
