you can bet your life there is antiques. An antique is only 100 years old. Canada was first settled I think at least 400 years ago by Europeans...probably longer. and then you have first nation antiques that go back 1,000's of years.

Last weekend, I helped out the bf with filming a low budget film he's working on in downtown Toronto
I was in charge of the catering - making sure that the coffee machine was fully loaded, that the table was groaning with food, and spending most of the afternoon watching 3 scenes being filmed. Oh and finding chairs for people, black duck tape and fixing broken zips and finding kitchen towel - which is called paper towel over here for some reason.
Saturday night we went to a party of a friend of his. On Sunday I pretty much crashed out, although I did manage to write for two hours.
This weekend, I'm going diving near St Catherines on Saturday morning, having a hair cut/ mooch around downtown Oakville/ buying paint for the basement and my bathroom
On Sunday you'll probably find me with my feet in a paint bucket at some point!

My weekend usually consists (in the summer anyway) of a drive to the mountains, prairies or one of the local parks for either a bit of botany or birdwatching. If I'm not working that is.
In the winter visiting people for food or if the weather's warm enough a skate around the lakes in Kananaskis.

Well I am off to my trailer this weekend. Looks like the weather is with us here in Ontario. Light the campfire, roast a few marshmellows(now i have been shown how to actually do that properly). A few beers and soak up the sun. Steaks on the a BBQ.
Oh yes! and fight off the blasted mossies!
check out a few yard sales. I love a bargain!
