may be he is just getting his head together, or trying to calm down and the last thing on his mind is to log in at the mo, maybe he is not the one that has decided not to go and he has to come to terms with his other halfs decision! well what ever he does we will be here to pat him on the back! by congratulating him or consoling him,

This is painful...why go this far and use these excuses. If you are really committed...DO IT. Son could easily sign on in University in Canada even if he's a bit lat starting course...You can land and poss leave your property in hands of estate agents...maybe sale will be attractive being 'empty'..i.e no chain...YOU CAN DO IT!!

Also what if he is like my daughter and has decided to leave after the first year at uni then what ? your options will be closed if you don't land, he could take a year out and go next year there in Canada or let him start here, its only a flight away, you don't see them anyway unless they want money.

I really hope you sign in and see all the replys, whatever you decide i hope you think about what you want and your future as well as his as he will be gone in a few months into there own little world and they don't look back and rightly so
