Pretty much. We were told that ours was on the Maersk Stepnica - which I then googled and there are loads of online trackers where you can watch the ship in real time. And I watched it making its way to Algiers on its way to New Zealand!!!! Mild panic ensued! They assured me our stuff was really bound for Canada - but they never did update which ship it was actually on.
