Sorry, no offence intended, I wasnt typing about any particular person micromanaging, it was intended as a general comment on modern parenting concerns. My OH and I are so fed up of all those parenting magazines that seem to do nothing but scaremonger about trivial issues and stress people out that they arent "doing things right" Maybe its just us.

I wasn't really that bothered, just didn't want to come across as a junkfood mum!!!

Biiiiink, happily breastfeeding at 20mths - am I going to get horrified looks for this in Canada? Oh well, probably be preferable to the "Bitty" comments you get here these days

FYI even breastmilk has toxins in it thanks to all the pollutants in the air so it just goes to show, no matter what you do to try and avoid them you just can't.

Not really, might have to be a bit discreet, but its the same in the UK.
