Good luck, but as you say don't open the champagne yet as your buyer still has hurdles to jump over. In my area, there's about a one in ten chance of something preventing things from completing. A small chance but big enough to keep in mind. But good luck nonetheless.

Good luck nikki, i know myself how it feels to have a buyer withdraw ours did after having the survey :curse:, found another cash buyer had to take a £20k drop feel gutted about it but should be completing in 2 weeks then we can finally start our new life...buyers are just loving all this carry on at the moment, hope things go smoothly for you.
