An offer on the house!!!
 
Hi all

We have accepted an offer on our house:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Not getting too excited yet, mortgage hopefully being sorted Monday for the purchasers who are buy to let investors so chain free.

Also we have an agreement to remain in the property renting until we are ready to go to Canada, so we don't need to actually move out:thumbup:

They are friends so are happy that they are not going to do the wotsit on us and this has come completely out the blue, maybe the tide is starting to turn:eek:

good luck, we have just exchanged on our house today, we complete monday :D all our box's went today, and our cats:( so its all getting close now :eek:

Have been folowing your fortunes as you have with us, really pleased for you its great news. As you know we are on around the same time phase for NSPNP. So to hear the good news is so uplifting, just one step closer.

Nikki that's great, fingers crossed everything goes through no problem.

I think I said but, our house has been up for sale for over 3 weeks, the first week the first veiwers gave us an offer and we accepted, we were in shock. then 2 days later they come for a re-visit with all the FAMILY, and the next day, drop their offer by 9000 euros, ha , we could'nt accept, it was too early. We have had regular veiwers but no offers yet, so I am left watching the phone and afraid to go out. OH the joys of house selling,:curse:

Well good luck to us all, may we all get buyers soooooooooooooon:thumbup:
