Good luck, but as you say don't open the champagne yet as your buyer still has hurdles to jump over. In my area, there's about a one in ten chance of something preventing things from completing. A small chance but big enough to keep in mind. But good luck nonetheless.

Thanks, we are still in UK so well aware of the fact that this could go belly up, but its an offer which is further forward than we have been in the last 6 mths:blink:

Good luck nikki, i know myself how it feels to have a buyer withdraw ours did after having the survey :curse:, found another cash buyer had to take a £20k drop feel gutted about it but should be completing in 2 weeks :eek: then we can finally start our new life...buyers are just loving all this carry on at the moment, hope things go smoothly for you.

You will be fine, I don't think you will have any problems as you know them.

Changed E/A at the weekend already have a viewing arranged for the weekend. Wahey Before the open house arranged for the 18th Oct.
