Finally landed in BC 10.07.09
Don't have much time to explore the areas yet as has been busy trying to sort out very important transactions if you all knew what I mean (SIN, bank accounts and meeting employers)
We are very thrilled with the whole experience and finally it's for real being in BC

You're welcome to push some of that rain over towards Kelowna as we've only had trace amounts this year and the surrounding forests could use it!! Looks like we'll stay around 33C today... yesterday our thermometer was reading 37C. A pool and multiple margaritas sound good to me right about now.

Thanks the4bells. It has been a brilliant so far.
Today we tried all their transport system by getting a day pass. We went to North Vancouver taking the seabus and spend all afternoon at Stanley park and not contented gone to Metrotown to do some last minute shopping. Amazing week for us.
We are living at West 49th Avenue near Langara College. We like the place quiet, nice neighbourhood, close to shopping (Oakridge mall) and good schools but the problem is that we will be working at Burnaby Hospital hence we are looking for accomodation close to our jobs.
Until now we are unlucky and still searching. We are looking for a 3 BR accomodation in North Burnaby area. Pls pm me if you know someone. Thanks.
