We enclosed copies of all the certificates of education (that we could find), but we didn't send a covering letter about our ability to speak English ... (however, we did write a covering letter to explain why OH had a police record! , so maybe thet counted?)

And can we please keep the inevitable bickering on this thread to a dull roar, so the OP doesn't have to wade through that lot, as it kinda puts people off especially if they are new posters!
