Nutrition Action, December 2005 - "Our advice: visit M&M Meat Shops and pick up some of their lean turkey Breakfast Sausage Rounds. You get only 100 calories, 2 grams of sat fat, and 430 mg of sodium in each 57-gram cooked round. It's hard to find any lower breakfast sausage numbers..."

Western Star, December 7, 2005 - "Along with its line of appetizers M&M also has selection of items that make throwing together a quick meal easy from homestyle lasagna that just has to be heated to turkey breast fillets that, teamed with some vegetables and rice, make a complete meal."

We move out next Thurday, inshallah, and in next Friday. Right now I'm sitting here in Toronto polishing my blue school bus "Right to Choose" protest badge.

Rusticism isn't likely to hit hard until April, we have to go out west then and so won't start getting animals until we come back. At first it'll just be chickens with the inevitable horses to follow after the first cut of hay. In the short term we'll just be adjusting to life on a well and a septic with wood heat.

Come anytime to party, bring news from the outside!
we'll be there, once we've thawed out! good luck with the move
