Either take a course of anti-histamine cos it's the histamine the little buggers inject into you...so any hayfever stuff with the anti-h will work....or try taking Brewers Yeats every day. Both these work fine....... nothing makes me grumpier than being bitten by the little buggers - oh, and avoid wearing yellow....they love it.

Top Tip...I have heard that if you are out in the middle of the forest and you run out of 'Deep Woods' the next best repellent trick is to pee on your hands then rub the luverly stuff all over!!!!!!!!! :scared:
I can not personally testify that this works.

After bite use an Old tea bag, just dab it on the bite takes the sting out and itch out.
For all those who miss the point of old it means not straight out of the boiling water.
All summer we save the bags in an old bean can and as we come in dab over and problem solved.
As for preventatives Tea tree oil is available cheep in almost all drug stores will try it.
Doesn't the sugar only work for the Flies not Mossies?? Iank had some nice piccies of the Mossiquitoe magnet results.

Back to the OP, try using Avon body lotion, I understand that works. I cannot remember what it is called, something like "Oh so softly" or similar

THIS IS TRUE!
I am normally eaten alive :scared: (on holiday in Greece got 49 bites on the first night! - yes we counted!).
Anyway Avon Skin So Soft (original or sometimes called woodland fresh) I use the dry oil spray and it really works.
Can you get that where you are?
Good luck and enjoy!
