I agree with dbd33, the nuclear plant in Pickering & the one in Darlington Ontario would be prime targets for the nutters over Toronto's CN tower, Skydome or the underground/subway system.
Since we live fairly close to that nuclear plant, we recently received the 'potassium iodine pills (k)' for the 'just in case' situation, but me thinks the pills won't work when the warm glow & melting skin kicks in.

If you mean Pickering North Yorkshire over the one in Ontario, then I agree?

I think Union Station at rush hour is the most obvious target. That failing an airport.
