Hi Folks

Don't know if anyone's still watching this thread, but just in case...
I got my LMO! I'm still waiting for polise certificates, and also for a passport for my new wife
Any ideas how long the police certs are likely to take? (I'm in the West of Scotland if that helps)
Thanks

Just like to say hi and welcome to the forum
If you dont drive have you thought of getting a limo from the airport
Someone did this awhile back from toronto to london in ontario and wasnt that bad cost, plus saves you dragging them suitcases with you.
just an idea

Yeah, we did that earlier this year, though only to Brampton. A taxi is far cheaper.
There's a bus that runs from Lester B. Pearson to London (and further), and it's much cheaper. My mother in law gets it every year or so. (We have friends in the London area)We might do that, but I'd like to keep my options open.
Thanks

Welcome to BE Ump.
When we applied in South Wales for our police check it took the full 40 days.

Thanks vee, thats just the job. I'll be in a hotel to begin with, so the coach should be enough.
and you too Lorna, as I didn't know that there was a 40 day maximum type thing on the police certs.
40 days would not be cool however, but I guess we can live with that.
Thanks
