No we have a one night of frost to -0 1 C BUT NOTHING SERIOUS inWinnipeg
It has not quite froze over night in Rankin Inlet and that is were I work and I expect it we are 1500 northof Winnipeg
We are getting cloud fog and + 5 to +6 in the day and 1 C at night
Now fishing is very good the best is at the remote Lakes that you fly into only
Inuit use nets and that takes alot from the rivers close by
However if you on an ATV and goto the Diana river fishing is good !! Char and LAKE trout
