Know exactly how you feel, we lost about the same on our place and have sold to a buy to let investor.
Still waiting on entry date to be finalised but Lawyer has assured us its not going to be a problem.
So our flights our booked, and we are leaving Glasgow to Manchester next Saturday to fly out on 26th to Calgary.
Are you flying from Manchester too??
So at the moment we are totally flying by the seat of our pants!!!
