So the ingredients have been north americanised eg heavy cream is substituted for double cream. Never ever seen heavy cream in the supermarkets though?

I've seen some strange "people who bought/liked that also bought/liked this" examples before (Amazon, IMDB etc) but this was a rather unusual pairing for a baking book.
