I don't necessarily think that the thread is a wind up, as the OP may have their own reasons for asking these questions despite having been a Canadian citizen for a long time.
However, since it was flagged up to the mods, we investigated a bit further and it turns out that the OP has got other accounts which are still open, and that's not on.
