Alberta - Dependents/Credits
Hello All,
I have 2 little boys and i been living and working in Calgary since May 2012 on a TWP. I wanted to know if i can apply for the child care credit or any other benefits since i am paying taxes and i am a temporary resident.

Last time I checked, you had to be there for a minimum of 18 months (as a TWP) before you qualified for child benefits.
