We are planning on moving to Kingston area of Ontario next year (hopefully). My husband is in the process of getting his nursing registration etc there. I have been making enquiries about jobs working with autistic people (which is what I do now). I have had a reply from a woman with two autistic sons and she is looking to having full time live in help for them. Although this job doesnt suit me really as I cannot do full time work due to having young children and wouldnt be happy doing live in either I am hoping we could manage a comprimise (maybe like a job share). My question is really what sort of wage would you expect to receive for this type of work in Ontario as she has asked me to put forward a wage . Should I just convert the wage I recieve now?

Any help would be grately appreciated
