advice about job offer needed please
 

Hi all

We are planning on moving to Kingston area of Ontario next year (hopefully). My husband is in the process of getting his nursing registration etc there. I have been making enquiries about jobs working with autistic people (which is what I do now). I have had a reply from a woman with two autistic sons and she is looking to having full time live in help for them. Although this job doesnt suit me really as I cannot do full time work due to having young children and wouldnt be happy doing live in either I am hoping we could manage a comprimise (maybe like a job share). My question is really what sort of wage would you expect to receive for this type of work in Ontario as she has asked me to put forward a wage :blink:. Should I just convert the wage I recieve now?
