I don't have an issue with that at all. Most reds are best served slightly cool. Here in Queensland room temp is often high 30's. A wine importer friend chills all of his reds as his wine cellar in Belgium was often only 10°C. Once brought from the cellar they only need to breath for 10 mins so really a red served at 15 °C is going to need chilling here.
