Fergie in Suncorp Stadium, last year. Glad I hadn't paid to go and see her otherwise I would have been very disappointed. The Police were excellent though!

Paul McCartney (or maybe it was Wings) at Wembley Arena. Sound system was rubbish. Venue was rubbish. And the group were not up to much. I don't think there was an encore. I'm just glad I didn't pay for the tickets.

U2 in sydney, 1989. With BB king. Loada shite.
Second worst The Pogues, shane McGowan completely plastered, helped on stage, propped up by a mike stand then helped off again.

Carlos Santana, Brisbane Entertainment Centre 2008. Venue is probably the sh!ttest I have ever been to and he is not even a percent of the musical genius he once was. Very disappointing

My daugher went through a goth stage a few years back.We decided as a treat to take her to Reading Festival for the day to see.....Marilyn Manson!!!!
My music taste is diverse, and I kept an open mind but god was he shit! What made is worse was we were "thrown"into the mosh pit and had to pretend to enjoy ourselves Never again!!!!

Transvision Vamp at Hammersmith Apollo (I think). They played all their well know stuff throughout the gig & then repeated it all for their on core

Another one that springs to mind although had a bit of entertainment value was a guy (who's name escapes me but I'll facebook my mate & ask him who it was) & his guitar at the Woughton Centre in Milton Keynes. He wasn't to bad through the first half but then during the interval he went off & had several joints to smoke & then couldn't remember any of the words to his songs or at times how to play his guitar Apparently this was a regular occurrence at his gigs!

These weren't too bad... Erasure really DID hit those high notes and I swear no-one was there with the pliers or the helium My OH says that Transvision Vamp weren't THAT bad but then he was exceedingly drunk at the time

I went to see Nelly (the black rapper) a few years back - paid a hefty amount for the tickets, and it was PANTS!!! The concert started late, he played the ENTIRE Ja Rule album before he started, sang 4 songs then Murphy Lee sang all his songs! Big waste of money and time, as I'd traveled to Manchester to see him!

Best gig I ever went to was U2 in Hammersmith, supported by Big Country and The Alarm! (few years ago, obviously)

Worst was probably Sade. Music to snooze to. S'pose she wasn't that bad, but just not my cuppa ...
