you've got WINE as well on the Linux installs that basically fools the app into thinging it is on Windows (creates a dummy c:\program files and dummy registry) not sure it works on "complex" apps though (although most of those don't work on Vista either )

too many teething problems cos it quite new - i would wait till next year if i were you - its always the same when a new program comes out x

Or you can run VM ware, which does pretty much the same thing - allows you to run a linux window with windows inside and provides access to all your regular hardware as if it were native.

It's very clever!
