I'm just a pedantic control freak so did ours myself. I know, there's something wrong with me but I like filling forms.

Well to be honest i did absolutely nothing. It was OH applying on his skills, i was just in the mix of things. I just signed forms, easy! But OH is self employed so he wasn't going to apply and fill forms in on his own, he just preferred someone else to do it, that's all.
