Think he may notice you with your party frock, won't be quite the same as the 18 year olds form of dress

I think now its starting to pick up. Been some good news on this site . Good vibes are around. We will all see the light at the end of this long dark tunnel.

Well I have some news but need some advice on it. We have our house advertised on houseladder aswell and a couple of days ago I got a lead asking for details and pictures to be sent to this foreign buyer by e-mail. Today I got another which I will attach below, please let me know what you think guys, could be good but not sure I also have his phone number but won't attach that bit. HELP!!!

Hello Mrs Nicola,

The property price thus £630,000, This is just to make sure that every thing is in the right order ok.

If we agree on the property, will you take the property off the market if your offer and conditions are accepted?

I think i have to take a survey of the property?

Me and you will sign the property transfer deed, which will then be held by the a lawyer until completion of the payment to your account. Do you accept wire transfer?

After completion of the payment, the transfer deed, Land Registry certificate and the keys have to be handed to me. The agreement contract, transfer deed will be stamped and sent to the Land Registry to record me as the new owner.

If you accept my conditions, get back to me soonest ok, i will have to schedule a date for the survey and will also talk to my bank and you will need to bring in a lawyer. This is very urgent.

Yours sincerely
Mark Henry.
I think it look fake but I hope for you it isn't .

My advice would be to talk to your solicitor.

How can someone want to buy a house who has not seen it . Would you?

Its just best to be safe than sorry.

Good luck
Julie

Sounds promising Mozzy. If she doesn't want yours maybe you could through her my way.

Good luck with the viewing tomorrow.

I'm assuming you've heard by now, Tina. I hope it was good news for you.

Happy Birthday to your son.

I think it's a scam, Nicky. Didn't Tracy get one of these a little while ago?

When we were selling our car we had loads of emails similar to this. They all got deleted.

Good luck with the open house. It can't hurt can it.

You'll have a fab time tonight. I saw it a couple of weeks ago with a couple of girlfriends. It was fantastic. Very funny.

You have to look at the English used throughout. Whilst some scammers are refining their approach and getting ever more sophisticated, clearly English is not their first language in this case.

They will trawl sites of people selling anything on the net, and bang out one of these types of emails. They only need a minimal success rate in order to scam a lot of money, and they will try and lure people around the world, not just the UK. It's a multi-billion scamming industry.

Ea has rung to tell us the buyer is not returning her calls and his phone is going to voicemail so doesn't sound good

Was thinking of spliting the 5k with him but been told that banks don't change the deals once they have offered and agreed them so it has confirmed he was pulling a fast one

so we have taken the house off the market and are going to valudate in Oct know we could have 4 months of house selling but nothing is selling and this has happened 3 times now and cant take the stress

Off to get ready to gate crash sons party His gunna kill me when he sees the baby photos I've put up
