Can we assume that you have had one - or are likely to do so (?!)

Please provide us with a detailed list of roads you intend to travel before setting out in your vehicle. That way we can protect ourselves from your driving.

What if someone is a new migrant to a new country and is not familar with that country road regulation ?? Do you really think road accident regulations in each country in the world are the same??

The fact that I asked this question does not necessarily mean that I am not a good driver or so, does it mate? Come on, it is only a simple question. Someone wants to know what he should do if one of those bad driver's suddenly hits his car!

You mean you always wait until something bad happens and then you will try to understand what you are going to do? Specially when you are that stressed when you have a accident?

My post was intended as lighthearted as was Badge's. Honestly, if you intend to live in Australia you are going to have to learn to understand the humour.

To be honest, it's similar. Exchange details. License no, registration - may not need an address if that is personal. Admit to nothing. Don't leave the scene if someone is hurt(?) use a bit of common dog...have insurance paid up - mindful of the variances in different states as to who pays for what bit of insurance, and what bits of paper.

So there is no need for calling police?
I have insurance cover as well. Don't the insurance company authorities need a police report for paying for damage?
Isn't it important for the insurance company who actually CAUSED the accident by bad driving?
And sorry I didnt get what you meant by use a bit of common dog and Admit to nothing ... These are slang?

If you are a new migrant and do not understand the road rules you should familiarise yourself with them before getting in a vehicle. I believe you are in WA, so you can go to any licencing centre to pick up a free booklet. Otherwise take a read of this site.

Admit to nothing
That means if a crash happens don't say something like 'my fault' on the scene because the other person would say you've admitted to causing it.
