There's no right or wrong thing to do. There's a process to go through and a new place to live. Whether you enjoy the ride or not, it's still an adventure. And the experience will be useful; one way or the other. Try not to worry about the outcome and put pressure on yourself - just go with the flow and know that whatever happens in future, you've got more courage and determination for trying than most people. That already sets you up for great success, however things turn out in Aus

I don't necessarly agree with that. I think it takes a lot of courage to say that your dreams have changed and you're no longer the same person as the one who applied for the visa. There's nothing saying you have to act on the visa, just because you have it. There's been at least one person on BE (that I can think of right now) who's decided not to go after being granted their visa.
