My older 2 have a dvd/tv in their bedrooms (hubbys idea) and i must admit i can let the boys watch suitable progs/ dvd at bedtime and they often watch cartoons on a morning. But this morning i had to wake the older boys up.

Im down for the mum's race next year

im lucky (i wonder sometimes though) mine are 15, 13, 8, 3 (yesterday) so oldest 2 help out...for financial reward of course...
i noted that thread about babysitter rates over in OZ...not letting son see that he'l get $20 and be grateful! lol

at the current school its full of size 8 yoga nut munchers so got no chance...prob be the same in oz tho..

luckily our school's cancelled the mum's race years ago

Thankfully our school dont do them as there are not enought size 8 nutters around
Unless of course they go by foot size as ther'e are a lot of big footed mums around here

little girls sports day was canx cos of the heatwave...thankfully...she was so disappointed that i couldnt run
said il do it next year hehehe hopefully they wont have it at her new school..
(im a front row rugby player...built for endurance not speed)

My youngest two had their sports day cancelled due to the heat as well
up in Scotland my nephew and neice had their cancelled due to rain

not too bad, an estate agent was supposed to come here this morning to give us a price for letting he never showed.
i've washed windows and curtains today phew that was hard work

Maddening when you sort the house and no one shows.
I normally have to get the kids out of the way when we had people like that coming.Otherwise they would put people off
