That prog does sound a bit yeuk
The day has not been to bad, just cant move very well. Back and legs killing me. Kids playing me up knowing i cant run after them

Not much, hubby didn't do any laundry yesterday while i was out. So ive got loads to do.
Thursday im meeting up with mick69 and tiggs at a soft play center.
The kids are just happy playing with their friends since they wont see them for 3 weeks (after Fri)

bit of a pain for them but they've been really great actually - doing things that they don't normally ge to do when they are at school - ie staying in bed til late!!!!
