hi - just about feeing pretty tired

I dozed off earlier but still feel shattered, im blaming the heat.

the downside of this op is that I can't take this sports bra off and having to sleep in it as well in this heat is horrible

i know i came back from the trip earlier, had a shower, now i need another one.
the best bit about today is that the boys have been at my sisters all day - now they are out with their dad - so peaceful - but i'm going to bed soon

Can you not use cooling gel packs underneath your bra?

the heat makes you tired doesn't it. It was quite cool here this morning and I went out in jeans - really regretted that by lunchtime !!

without getting too personal that wouldn't work. If you can imagine what happens when your chest gets cold - well that really hurts as the nerve endings are mending

Well I've downed a couple of bottles and changed my name by deed poll to Billy so am now off to bed, hubbys asleep on the sofa and his snoring is annoying me. G'nite
