Im fine took this kids to the beach for a few hours, the tide was in but we had a picnic on the rocks and the kids threw pebbles into the sea.

We have rain now which is quite refreashing and cooled the air down.

Any chance of a drink of chilled white wine?

spanish wine - you have to pay good money to get a decent bottle in my opinion, had a great bottle when OH took me to a spanish restaurant I'll see if i can find the name of it
