You get the opportunity of a lie in and are either wide awake at 6.30 or some one calls at 7am ( a wrong number of course!) and then you cant get back to sleep!!!

1) The shortest queue, which you pick out of hope, will have the idiot who has forgetton their pin number or purse in front of you, and you get to watch the other queues go down while you wait.
2) Payment in shops comes as a surprise to some people who then spend 5 mins finding their bag, and then their purse.
3) The number of post office counters open is inverse to the busy times of day.
4) You think your new car purchase is unique until u buy it, and then you see 5 identical cars on the way back from the showroom.
5) You can never hear the train until you try to sell your house.
6) The number of petrol stations you pass is inverse to the amount of petrol in your tank.

I spent half an hour in an ATM queue in Oxford Street one Christmas and watched in disbelief as the woman in front of me waited until it was her turn at the machine to then start rummaging in her bag for the card she couldn't find. Unbelievable.
