My point was that, if you are quite knowledgeable about music, and read music magazines, there are lots of canadian artists who are right up there in terms of their quality and their critical recognition and respect from other artists.
There are not nearly as many Australian artists about whom the same could be said.

But then quite a few on here would argue that you are not interested in the discussion. Every reason and point that has been given has been dismissed. You have a theory already and you are not willing to be swayed by anything other than "it's because Brits are just superior"
