Good luck I remember the first time I found it (previously I'd used the Tanaco stuff) apart from being in the baking aisle, it wasn't in what I would have thought of as a logical place.

A very deep pie made of suet pastry and then steamed. Yummy when done properly but can be a lead weight when done wrong. Suet pastry is a doughy thicker 'pastry' than short crust or flaky.
Here's a pic although I would sooner die than poor gravy over it before serving, that's just feral.
