my first computer was a Vic20 followed by a Spectrum 128, but the best of all was my Amiga 500.

The Best Game of ALL TIME is

SENSIBLE SOCCER / SENSIBLE WORLD OF SOCCER

Remember that, it was great.

Any of the older posters remember when the first arcades came in the 70's? Spent hours in there, having to squint when you came outside as they were so dark.

Does anyone remember the game, well obviously I can't remember it's name so I'll describe if here, bearing in mind this was over 20 years ago..

You used to bounce (I think) around a world, you were trying to find coloured paints because the world was without colour (I think) and u went down these tubes into different parts of the world? Ack I can't remember but does that ring any bells with anyone? lol

Also, did anyone ever have 'Killed Until Dead' on the Spectrum +2, it was class! Oh and frogger lol

I used to have to hold the bloody lead against the tape recorder to ensure a clean load....if I tired and moved my hand - the load would drop out....

You had to play a game for x amount of time due to the invested time of loading it..

I used to be the editor of Your Sinclair and ST Format, was launch editor of Edge and have written extensively for Amiga Format, Commodore Format, PC Format, PC Gamer, Sega Power and PC Zone - does that count in this cavalcade of geekiness?
