I have to say, when I heard Salmond's question, I thought he was playing games, mainly because I've done similar before myself
Nice to see he's been called on it, although they are still trying to push that autumn 2014 date; which is unlikely to be acceptable to Cameron (can't easily ban scottish MPs before the UK election).

Sorry to rain on your historically inaccurate Rob Roy, blue war painted V the NAZI ENGERLISH parade (BTW I'm half Scottish/English), but guess what... So are most of the people in the British Isles we've all inter-bred Welsh, Scots, Irish, Cornish... and even people from Dudley,over the centuries so in fact we are all BRITISH.
I know now I live here in the Queen's Own land so how about
independence for QLD!! No no, independence for Brisbane!!! No... wait, wait Independence for North Brisbane!!!!! I hope you see my point

I know some girls born in Norway to a Scot and French lady. They were then schooled in Scotland but then left. Are they Scottish or do they point out the irrelevance of nationality?
My Gran was born in Scotland but grew up in Wales and England. Should she be Scottish?
