Yes - they all mix well at brunch time-ish. Anything fried is good for breakfast/brunch after a night on the town. Agree - that is not dinner time but I could be persuaded to eat most anything in the Uk when I'm back.

The chips are great for mopping up the egg, or dunking ... for me anyway.

Beans also work ... Hey, chuck it all on

I remember having Full English Breakfasts with a vat of tea in Snowdonia on the morning of a good hike ... That sets you up in exactly the same way a bowl of Muesli and orange juice cannot.

On the Great Sausage Debate, yeh, I agree, decent ones do exist but not in mainstream outlets.

Now, back to the predictable Oz vs UK bun-fight.

The Äussie" pizza is generally a basic pizza with bacon and egg on it. To my mind thats just wrong, but I guess it suits the Aussie tastebuds

I can't stand it! You might as well empty a bowl of sugar on your pizza and call it dessert!

Call it what you like it's all coming out the same way in the end.

Brunch ... I think we will be able to trace the fall of Western Civilisation back to the origins of this term.

Brunch -> Brangelina -> Subo -> Death.

I haven't had breakfast yet, I think Cheese and Vegemite on toast is the go ...

I'm more of a ham (gammon) egg and chips aficionado myself. Christmas ham on the BBQ fits the role quite nicely, eggs (without stupid bloody egg rings) and chips. YUM!

I had egg on pizza in Bellagio about 8 years ago - very nice it was too.

As usual you are mouthing off without knowing the facts.

So you are telling me a pizza with an egg on the top ISN'T called an Aussie ? What facts do I need to know to say a pizza shouldn't have an egg on it ?

Re-read your post #22. You were trying to make out, in your usual uninformed and ignorant way, that putting an egg on a pizza was an Australian thing when it patently is not.

I'm hoping you'll start to get your facts right in future but I'm not confident that you will.
