This guy was rubbish for Australia.

Notable efforts.

1. Allowing George Gregan to stay on way longer than his scrum half and captaincy abilities would allow.

2. Embarrassing Al Baxter by bringing him to international rugby and making him play 69 tests.

3. Coaching Japan to a comical win over the Saffa's.

Given that he died suddenly just after a long haul flight from Europe, it does beg the question, did he develop a DVT? It does seem as though his kidney problems were well under control with dialysis, but he may just have been more suspect than other people.
Blood clot on the lung looks like the cause of death according to todays reports.

Jonah Lomu likely to have died from blood clot formed on flight
