As a Wallaby supporter I dare say there won't be much to say past the pool games

Phenomenal match last night! Incredibly exciting finish - I watched it at a party where almost everyone was not a Rugby Union fan - by the final minutes they were all fixed on the TV.

Bring on RWC2015. I support England and Australia and my wife's a native All Blacks supporter so will be massive in our household.

Don't mention that game, Alfresco started this thread when the score was 10-20 and he was wearing a smile on his dial.

Oh, I'll be a rugby widow then. OH is Welsh, so you can tell how fanatical he is already.

Great match and well done to the Wallabies - totally deserved their win

The Bokke were impressive for much of the game and had a great defence but all that means f**k all if you can't finish it off

Season is just starting though and I think we were experimenting a bit. World cup is the only gig this year

Eye on the prize

Thought the Boks turned over the ball well - ball protection is one of the Wallabies biggest weaknesses. To be fair I didn't think we deserved to win, but it was nice to see Australia pull the win out the bag when needed. In World Cups you need to win, no matter how ugly it is.

He'll still watch all the matches- once Wales go though he won't watch them more than once each, thankfully!

Looks like the Saffa's need to work on winning. 2 close results in 2 weeks. But no cigar. Kind of need the cigar in World Cups.

The Work in Progress Wallabies win ugly again.

AB's just doing their thing. Where's France when you need them.

I don't read too much into those results just yet.
