We missed a few kicks too but losing the ball after so many dominant phases was inexcusable

It was a bridge too far for Wales and this showed in the 2nd half

Schalkie was awesome - I lost count of the times he made good yards against that great Welsh defence. His work rate was in insane

du Preez is the best scrummie in the world at the moment. Biggar one of the best flyhalves

Our try was sublime - loved the way that Vermeulen sucked in the Welsh defenders and flick passed to du Preez for the score. Bokke classic

Winning when you don't play your best - the hallmarks of a quality team

We can beat the ABs

Your guys were diving in at the ruck before the scrum was awarded. Should have been penalty Wales.

Oh and du Preez is the second best scrum half in the world.

The undisputed No. 1 is Aaron Smith I'm afraid. ....... and by a long way.

I didn't see it that way, but that's rugby - and TV umpiring

Barnes had a good game and got this call right

They're both awesome - but Fourie has the edge

Yes they are both excellent. Not many other scrum halves that come close.

Agree and will not be surprised to see the Springboks champs again.

Can't see it myself after watching the AB / France match. The All Blacks are a class above everyone else including the Springboks. They would have to choke badly to not win it now.

For me it is now NZ v OZ in the final and NZ to win it. Hope I'm wrong.

Perhaps you should watch it just to see how bad the French really were. You know how sometimes we get the really bad French and other times we get the awesome French? Well today we got the atrocious French. They did not want to play today.

Yep, I have factored that in. The French didn't turn up today at all. They just went through the motions with no determination or spirit and capitulated.

Next week will be tougher but NZ to win by 10-20 points.

That's what my head says. My heart says otherwise.

The Bokke can beat NZ - the French flattered them last night

NZ can be beaten. Not sure SA can be the ones to do it though.

I live here and I certainly hope this is the case. Does my head in , the whole religious fervor over that lot. Bad losers. bad winners and bad spectators in a crowd.

Indeed it was. It has to be said, why do the rugby gods keep persisting with Craig Joubert. Obviously the Scots are going to be pissed at the penalty at the end. Even if it wasn't a pen the guy was isolated and he would have been pinged for holding on, but those scrums. Scotland were boring in on all of them. He missed the lot.

He's had tonnes of bad previous history and should be banned.
