I'm back sadly!
Doc, the 457 visa, from what I can gather, got binned in October to prevent cheap construction labourers coming over from the far east. Instead of just closing this down they cancelled all labout agreements with the companies that act as 3rd party sponsors, then essentially sub-contract people out. Me and my employer are doing this, hence the long delays. Everything seems to be have sorted out in principle now and things are moving so won't be long. Don't know if that mnakes sense or not! Sharon, you mentioned SW19, you from round that way? I;m in Raynes Park, there was some talk of arranging a TOLT meet down this way I think? |

but will make my mind up after my results on vetassess practical and Ielts. I would like to get there as soon as i can so will go for the shortest visa process time i guess but dont want complications in the future. I know the skilled migration is the best way as it allows perminant residency. To many visas to choose from, cant they just give me one? So i will either go on a 175 176 or 475 Btw the way i got confused before about 475.
