Woke up at 5.00am and couldnt sleep because of thinking about the open house today with the estate agent. Didnt eat properly because I wanted to keep the kitchen clean and tidy (and I LOVE my food) and I cracked open bottle number 2 cabernet sauvignon about 30 minutes ago

Its 20.13 and it looks like I'll be hitting the sack about the same time as the kids (if not earlier !!)

I find this diet hard, having to cook for others, but it works
