Thankfully was not in too much of a state this morning - am bloody exhausted now though! Used muscles I forgot I had! Safe to say I will not be touching a drop of alcohol for the rest of the week.... well, until Friday anyway.
PS Diving is cool! Can't wait to get out to Aus and put it all in to practice.

May not be strictly necessary - you are supposed to sink after all, and they give you air to breath! More seriously though you don't need to be a brilliant swimmer, just able to stay afloat and swim a few lengths and feel comfortable.
If you don't swim you should get yourself in the water and have some lessons, it's fantastic!

) I never put my face under. I know it's ridiculously girly but I like to keep my hair dryish and my makeup on! The great thing about diving though is you wear this bloody great mask over your eyes & face so in fact they don't really get wet - well, they do get wet but not in the same way as if you just dunk your head under normally. You do have to show that you can cope if it fills up, and you can take it off and put it on again underwater, but that's just for the certificate - touch wood will never have to do it again! After 2 days of a diving course I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is interested - I'm having a fantastic time!

Rach whenever I go swimming normally (which happens about once every three months!

Yep I have cracked open the bottle of bubbly that I was saving for Valentines night. I deserve it.
Some tosser drove into me today then accused me of being on my phone and called the police! He had sped up when he saw me pulling out - beeped his horn then a couple of seconds later drove into me!
Police attended and checked my phone and told the bloke I hadn't used it since yesterday. Lying pr*ck was after a claim up methinks
I was in works car so they are not going to be very happy with me.
