mmm its red tape land over here ;)

went to the certifiers they need the following

six copies of all the drawings
three copies of structural engineers report on sizes for slab beams etc
three copies of hydrolic engineers report
( we are adding a toilet, is there enough drop for the drains etc ??)
three copies of soil anaylisis
( to see if the existing septic tank / gravel bed will cope with the load of an additional toilet )

thats a sodding lot of paperwork :rofl:

o and we have had the local waste magement around to empty / pump out the existing septics so we can start with a clean sheet as it were and what are they called

not at all the real estate company have called today to say that some one is moving in on the ninth

i wouldnt say intresting just bloody busy;)

with one week to go we still need carpets ( he called again one room may not be done as the carpet hasnt arrived:ohmy: hes only doing chuggin two and the hall :frown: )
i went out late yeserday and bought 40 boxes of tiles to do the kitchen breakfast bar floor up to the hall and part of the dining area so we will have somewhare clean to put the dining tabe etc

going to try to get most of the tiling done this weekend ( could be a long weekend )

what else??

terri did a couple of songs at a club in surfers last night
( her singing teacher thought that singing in front of an audiance would help with stage presence, she went down really well and got a good response from the audiance ;) )
