our terri`s completed the trailer for the ride on

not bad for a girl :rofl:

next weekend we will give it a try out as theres a huge mound off chippings that need moving ;)

Steve it's looking really great mate :)

Really gutted we didn't get chance to come and see you when we were there - we had so much we wanted to do and didn't get the chance to. Next time though :D ;)

We only had 2 nights in Gold Coast, spent one day driving up to Tamborine, lovely up there isn't it :)

Ooh erm I don't think so - we used the Satnav to get us up there and it took us on a near vertical road :eek::eek: I kept saying to Dale 'oh my god the car's going to flip over' - he just kept rolling his eyes at me in that 'tsk women' sort of way :rofl:

deb met the carpet guy up there yesterday he`s comong back next week to fit the corridor and bedroom carpets so we will be in shortly ;)

i carnt belive that we are going to live on another building site and that debs has agreed to it either, i really thought after our last house which i re-roofed ( whilst it pissed down thoughout ) would have been the last straw :rofl:

Know what you mean. My hubby is a carpenter and we lived without a kitchen for months when he built our extension a couple of years ago. Was definitely worth it in the end though as it helped sell the house.

looks like we can get on with things now
the architect ( useless chunt ) has finally finished our drawings

eight weeks to alter my drawings filling in the relevant aussie regs was the idea having read them most of it refers to others
ie on concretes foundations he`s added to engineers spec
mmm i could have done that and in a dam site less than 2 months

but at least i have them now so i`m of to the certifiers later to see what elase is needed before we can start digging
