at the mo its still in the air - thinking of renting UK house out hopefully selling the house in about a year, or do we hang on till it sells decisions, decisions but we need to validate by september

Steve, my OH has had the same op that you're having, he injured his through motor-cross :rolleyes: his knee is fine now, he wishes he'd had them both done!
