nice going steve'o, what made you choose to buy a house inland on not by the sea? I think I am correct in thinking you are inland :unsure:

How much acreage are we talking about? How long does it take you to get to the beach from where you are?

Everyone tells me south of Brisbane is better than north as there is so much work in surfers, any opinion?

not a big plot just 1 1/2 acres ;)
10 / 15 minutes tops ;)

yep south of brissie is much better than the north ;)

Now we have our visa and we are making plans for the move, I think we will be following your exploits more carefully, the thing is we did what you are doing here with an old beamed place, not sure if I could hack it again although OH is dead keen.

Would you do it again, the house I mean :D

When ours was finished it was hard to get my head round cleaning up :p
