I can see the appeal and more power to you for watching history being made live but I am just not a morning person.

I am barely an afternoon or evening person for that matter :D

(edit) Chalk up a GB sailing Gold ... Ben Anslie ...

 Me and Tiddler just sat here with giant question marks over our heads :hysterical: WTF is that sport all about, he wasn't even first over the 'line' The greatest sailor ever apparently.

How on earth did the crowd see who was winning, they must have bloody good eyesight. :D

He will always only be a Scot!:p The 54 Scots in the team have won at least 50% of the 16 gold medals and a couple of silver. You lot can't do without us!!

Of the 27 athletes who won these 16 gold medals, 1 is from the Isle of Man, 2 are from Wales, 4 are from Scotland, and 20 are from England.

Did anyone else see Daley Thompson taking the piss out of Stefanovic/Australia on Channel 9 yesterday?

Great stuff and what a character.

Apparently Yorkshire is the place to be from, I read somewhere in the cricket coverage that if Yorkshire were a country it would be 7th on the table. :D

I saw that, he's my favourite Olympian.

Michael Johnson spoke really well too, very engaging character, obviously not a drug user then :D

Ah well I'm a solid 1/8th Yorkshire so this is welcome news indeed. Now, where's my flat cap and whippet...

An excellent interview with the guys all on top form, laughing, joking, and very eloquent.Old Stefanovic did well interviewing them( guess it was to fill in gaps they had planned to fill with Austarlian medal winners) though he did seem at a loss when they started teasing him.LOL
